In loving memory of our mother, Roseann D. Kelly whom passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 8,2021 has now gone on to reunite with her loving husband and those family and friends who gave gone before her. Born November 25,1936 in the Bronx, NY to Hugo and Edith Cook, sister to Edward Cook and Edith Schanil. Devoted wife to Robert F. Kelly and beloved mother to Nancy O'Neill, Joanne Paulson and Anne Stiebeling. Doting grandmother to Roy, Kelly, Melanie, Adam and great grandson Matthew. Roseann held the position of Deputy County Clerk until she retired. Roseann was very politically involved, some of the many positions she had held were Tax Collector, Clerk to the Board of Legislators, and a member of the Kent Republican Club, and also held a seat on the Kent Library Board. Some of her favorite things to do were spending time at the Jersey Shore with her family. reading a good book, and planting flowers around her house.
